I switched to Folsom Hills a couple of years ago and have been pleased with the service. The staff is professional, well organized, and welcoming. At my last appointment for cleaning I saw Gayane and thought she was great. This time I saw Mansi. She was professional, personable, and demonstrated excellent communication skills. She was very thorough with the cleaning, gave clear explanations, and provided specific recommendations.

This place is good. They put you on a nice plan and help you work towards your goals. I like their team.

At first I had mixed feelings about this dental office because it seemed too big and impersonal, but then I had an appointment with Dr. Justin Ford. He was so incredibly thorough with the initial exam, even checking the outside of my jaw and neck for anything irregular (never had a dentist do that). He discovered that I had a cavity developing on one of my veneers that he not only fixed, but was patient with me going back multiple times for adjustments due to sensitivity. Not his fault, just the placement of where the tooth hits. The front desk staff can come off a bit overwhelmed at times, but they have also been very helpful in figuring out some insurance issues. Overall I’d definitely recommend this place and so glad I found them!
