Update: Melanie left. 🥲 With AI answering the phone I’m having a difficult time getting an answer. I wanted to know if they do Invisalign, and if not if they could refer me. . The AI Assistant did not know, and transferred me to the front desk. I spoke to a young man who didn’t know and would call me back. I never got a call. I called three hours later and spoke to the AI assistant who transferred me to another person. Who did not know, they would have someone call me back. Nobody ever called me back. Maybe by posting this, they’ll get my attention.
